Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: At Hair Pourne, each wig is crafted with premium materials and styled by experts to deliver a luxury, ready-to-wear experience. Because of the care and customization involved, all returns and exchanges must follow the policy below.


Custom Wigs

  • Custom wigs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Each custom wig includes up to two revisions for adjustments.


Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order guarantee: “What you see is what you get — or your money back.”

  • Once received, pre-order wigs are final sale unless they do not match the product listing.


Stock Wigs

  • Eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of purchase.

  • Wig must be in original condition:

    • Lace uncut

    • Unworn

    • Unstyled (no heat, product, or alterations)

  • If approved, returns are subject to a $85 flat restocking fee to cover re-styling, sanitation, and re-listing.


Exchanges

  • Stock wigs may be exchanged for another stock wig within 7 days.

  • If the new wig is higher in price → customer pays the difference.

  • If the new wig is lower in price → the difference will be refunded (minus any applicable restocking fee).


Altered Wigs

  • Wigs that have been altered (lace cut, styled, worn, or chemically processed) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Repairs

  • Wig repairs (lace or construction) are available as a paid service.

  • Repair quotes are issued by Imani within 2–5 business days.

  • Standard repair timelines are 6 weeks.

  • Customers should bring their original Hair Pourne box for storage; if not, the cost of a replacement box will be added.


Approval Process

  • Refunds will only be issued once the wig has been inspected and approved.

⚠️ Important:

  • According to Federal law, human hair products that have been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, washed, or removed from bundles) cannot be returned.

  • We adhere strictly to these laws for hygiene and health precautions.

Please ensure your item is returned in its original, untouched, and resalable condition.
