ShippingIn stock Items are shipped within 2-5 business days of processing. Once shipped, orders arrive within 3-4 business days. Custom orders are shipped within 7-10 business days of processing. Once shipped, orders will arrive within 3-4 business days. Hair Pourne products must be signed for upon delivery. Shipping and handling rates are subject to change at any time. You will receive a tracking number by email via Paypal once your order has been shipped. Your order will be shipped to the address that you provide. Please make sure you check the shipping address that you provide to Paypal to make sure we send your items to the correct location. If you notice any problems with your order please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind United States Postal holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when placing an order.
CancellationAll orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of creation. Please send email to email@example.com
Return & Exchange PolicyTHERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR CUSTOM ORDERS OR IN STOCK PRODUCTS! Exchanges can be made immediately after you receive your item in original condition. If there is a problem with your order, we must be notified within 2 days of receipt by email. Product must be received before an exchange can be granted. Tags cannot be removed and product must be in original packaging/condition. No refunds or exchanges will be made for maltreatment of hair.
According to the Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed) in any way. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution.
