ORDER PROCESS
All advertisements on the Site are invitations to purchase and not offers to sell. Hair Pourne reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject the order once the order form has been completed and submitted.
Receipt of your order will be confirmed via an automatic e-mail to the e-mail address associated with your account. Such e-mail is a confirmation that your order has been received by Hair Pourne but does not constitute acceptance of your order. Hair Pourne reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason and Hair Pourne will contact you at the e-mail address provided in the order form of its decision to accept or reject your order. In the event that Hair Pourne rejects the order, Hair Pourne will have no obligation to fulfill your order and you will have no obligation to pay Hair Pourne for the order.
AVAILABILITY
The purchase of products on the Site is subject to availability. In the event that Hair Pourne advises you that such products are no longer available, Hair Pourne will have no obligation to fulfill your order and you will have no obligation to pay Hair Pourne for the order.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
When placing an order, your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card, otherwise we will not be able to process your order. Credit card, debit card, PayPal, and affirm are all acceptable forms of payment. If using PayPal please make sure to enter the correct shipping address before you complete the payment. If your card is rejected by the card issuer, your order will not be shipped and Hair Pourne will have no obligation to fulfill your order.
SHIPPING
Your order will be shipped to the U.S. delivery address specified by you during the order process. Hair Pourne is not responsible for any loss of the products following shipment from Hair Pourne’s or its agents’ or mandataries’ facilities to your delivery address.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Un-used merchandise may be returned for exchange or full refund to our store or to our online store within 7 days of the original purchase or receive date . All merchandise returned for exchange or refund must be in perfect saleable condition un-altered and un-unused.According to the Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed) in any way. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution.
TEXTURE/COLOR
With virgin hair no two heads of hair are exactly alike. When you place an order with us, there may be a slight variation between the bundles. This is a guarantee that you are receiving unprocessed pure virgin hair. We do the best we can to photo our wigs in natural light in our showrooms to give the best image of our colors possible. However color does not also translate perfectly through phone/computer. Personal interpretation of colors can subjective so we advise customers that are concerned about color exactness should come inside our store and make a decision to purchase there.Fraud & Theft
Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will not be tolerated and you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Non payments of received purchases will also not be tolerated, these disputes will be prosecuted as well and we will seek reimbursement for court cost and attorney fees.Privacy
